Our 3 retreading factories in Malaysia are fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including our latest investment in a Shearography machine for precise detection of internal ply weaknesses of casings. Our factories are laid out with separate lines dedicated to either bias or radial ply retreading, as the processes for bias and radial ply retreading are very different. Technically, applying the specific process correctly to the corresponding casing type is essential and critical to ensure quality of the finished product.

Our KAYEL branded retreading offers come in a comprehensive range of patterns and sizes, catering to a wide range of commercial and industrial tyres, of both bias and radial ply casings. Hot cure and cold cure retreading processes are available, both of which are performed to exacting standards of quality. We use our in-house KAYEL rubber raw materials, with "Formula K-Plus" compound as a key ingredient of the formulation, for our retreading to ensure superior quality and performance of the finished products.
