Manufacturing of retreading raw materials is one of the core businesses of Kit Loong Tyre. We offer a full range of rubber compound materials, including precure tread liner (PTL), cushion gum, repair rope, camelback and masterbatch, which are essential ingredients needed by the retreading industry. Our products are marketed under the widely recognized KAYEL brand, a name that is acclaimed for superior quality and consistency. Our PTL products are manufactured with our proprietary "Formula K-Plus" compound, the formulation of which is researched and developed in-house to suit all operational conditions by achieving an optimal combination of the desired liner properties such as long life, good resistance against cracking, chipping and chunking, excellent grip in wet and dry conditions, low heat build-up, and superior resistance against weathering and ageing. A comprehensive range of PTL patterns and sizes are available, suitable for bias or radial ply tyres; light or heavy vehicles; drive, trailer or all-position applications; on or off road conditions; and short or long haul operational situations.

Our innovative product development and market-oriented product offers are based on our vast experience and in-depth know-how, particularly pertaining to the understanding of customer needs, the commercial vehicle market, tyre construction and application, operational conditions, and relevant country-specific factors. KAYEL products are manufactured in 2 modern factories, one each in Malaysia and China, and are exported to more than 30 countries worldwide. We are also a certified contract manufacturer of retread PTL for several major international tyre brands to complement their new tyre offers, a clear testimony of KAYEL's ability to meet the stringent quality standards of international tyre companies.

We take pride in our record of having contributed, over the course of our 75 years history, to the development of more than 300 aspiring entrepreneurs into successful retreaders.
